At Wicks NOLA Candle Company, we do our best to ship orders within seven to ten business days. Please note, we are not open on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, but will get to your orders as soon as we can! Once your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
All shipments are made to the address you list during the checkout, my shop is not liable for incorrect addresses, even if you convo or email after checkout - we do not always receive the message. To ensure that your package gets to you without delay, please make sure the shipping address is correct and up to date.
US orders are shipped via USPS First Class and Priority mail.
For US orders:
Packages shipped first class mail take 3-5 days from the day shipped to arrive.
Packages shipped Priority take 2-3 days from the day shipped to arrive.
Packages shipped Express Mail take 1-2 days from the day shipped to arrive.
We usually drop off packages mid day (12pm EST) and many will not make it for next day delivery, so we cannot guarantee it, sorry.
At this time I do not insure items. If you require insurance please send me an email and I can add the extra cost to your order. Or pay using PAYPAL which has an insurance option.
International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. International first class mail can take 1-6 weeks to arrive. It varies by country and if your package is held up in customs.
Once a package has been delivered to the shipping company it is no longer in our control. Please inquire about insurance if you are worried about this.
If an item is undeliverable, lost, or stalled. Please try calling the post office to see if there is a way for them to try redelivering . confirming where the package is, or if you can arrange to pick it up from the local post office.
