We've put a lot of heart into creating our products and are excited to share them with you and your customers.

WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

Our minimum order quantity is 24 of any given item. 

 

SAMPLES

Should you wish to try some of our products before placing an order, we will happily send some mini scent samples free of charge. We would only ask you to cover the shipping costs. 

 

PLACING AN ORDER

At the moment we take orders via email. We will send out an order form upon request. 

 

PAYMENT

Order quantities under $500.00 must be paid in full at the time of order. Orders of $500.00 and over we require 50% upfront and the remainder plus shipping cost should be paid once your order is ready for delivery. 

All orders must be paid in full prior to the shipping date. 

Wholesale orders are payable via Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer.

 

PRICE

The wholesale price is set in advance, and the retail price suggested is an indicative price based on our own retail website. While this is not mandatory, we kindly ask our stockists, whenever possible, not to sell our products below the recommended price. However, feel free to offer bundles or occasional discounts. 

 

STOCK AVAILABILITY

All of our products are handmade by us in small batches. Therefore, while we aim to ship all orders as soon as possible, it can sometimes take up to 6 weeks if one or more products are out of stock. Upon confirming your order we will inform you of the expected shipping date and of any product that may not be available at the time. Placing your orders in advance will allow us to plan production ahead and keep a constant supply flow.

 

SHIPPING

We ship orders with tracked services. The shipping rate depends on the weight of the parcel and the destination. We will calculate the total for you once we've received the order.

The products supplied by Wicks NOLA Candle Company are delivered at the risk of Wicks NOLA unless a customer stipulates a special method of delivery. However, liability for the loss of the delivery shall be limited to the replacement of the products, or to a full refund of the invoice value. 

 

DAMAGED GOODS

Should you receive damaged goods please notify us via email within 48 hours. Please include images. All such products will be replaced-according to availability-or they will be refunded. We will cover shipping expenses for any damaged products.
